“Meet Michal Berman, Syqe’s HRBP & Talent Acquisition Manager. I met Michal in late 2018. She arrived at Syqe when we were facing a major growth challenge (50 recruits in one year!). The moment we met, I knew she’s the person I need at my side.

And so, Michal, 5 months pregnant at that time, joined us for an amazing and challenging journey – yet a short one. In mid-2021 I was searching for an HRBP for my team and I can’t tell you how happy I was when Michal called me to offer herself for the role.

Michal told me that Syqe is the place where she felt that her job was the most meaningful, more than in any other place, and that she wants to come back home – home to Syqe.
Today Michal leads the recruitment processes at Syqe. She supports our innovative Tech business unit in all people-related issues, and she’s blasting the place with great energy, optimism, and wisdom. 🥰”
