Keren Della Rocca, our Test Engineer, introduces Ruslan Osmanov, our R&D Student:

“Meet Ruslan, the epitome of ‘still waters run deep’ – a quiet guy with a beautiful smile. Ruslan joined Syqe 4 years ago as a contractor to fill the IT Support Specialist position, and he was quickly beloved by everyone. Always keen to help, super patient (even when asked stupid questions), and manifesting a can-do attitude. With this much potential, it was a no-brainer – we had to make him an official Syqe employee! 👏

Along the way, Ruslan expressed a lot of interest in Syqe’s research and development activities in general and in our flagship product in particular. About a year after he joined Syqe, he started his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. All of this drilled down to the realization that Ruslan had to be given the opportunity to operate in the field that he specializes in and relates to. So after 2 years in his first role, Ruslan made a switch and joined the R&D department! He gained much experience supporting significant projects such as failure analysis and integration.

From the start, Ruslan’s incredible talent, seriousness, and eagerness to learn and grow were noticeable to all. He is always glad to give a hand and share his knowledge with others, and he is dedicated as hell. Ruslan faces every challenge thrown at him with bravery and keeps delivering quality results. Not only at work, though; he is being declared a President’s Honors in his bachelor’s degree year after year! So no wonder he’s already thinking about his master’s… And he keeps advancing at Syqe as well: Ruslan recently became a part of the System team, where he contributes to developing the heating algorithm of our SyqeAir Inhaler.

This hardworking stellar is usually the first to arrive at our offices in the morning – you can find him at his desk as early as 7 am! 😵 He gets so caught up in his work that we have to remind him to take a break or go to eat. Oh, and he is so wonderfully organized with his food, too: he brings a lunch box daily with some good home-cooked food. But on his cheat days, don’t doubt that Ruslan will go for pizza.”
