A medical inhaler to reduce chronic neuropathic pain and other symptoms with medical cannabis. The Inhaler’s technology is the only one in the world that allows patients to receive a precise, consistent, and low dose (in mcg) of THC by inhalation – for a treatment with a consistent effect: reduction in pain intensity with minimum psychoactive adverse effects.

Once the Cartridge is loaded into the Inhaler, the patient chooses the optimal dose for them out of a selection of four doses: 250, 500, 750, or 1000 micrograms of THC – A  dose personally tailored for them by a nurse according to their medical condition and their attending physician’s referral. The Inhaler is activated with the push of a button, and after the inhalation, an indication appears that signifies whether the inhalation was successful: Whether the dose has been administrated in full or if a repeated inhalation is required.

The cartridge is composed of 60 VaporChips (each chip the size of a SIM card) and each of them contains a metered and uniform amount of a full-spectrum cannabis inflorescence of the highest quality. Once the Cartridge is loaded into the Inhaler, the Inhaler is ready for immediate use and 60 inhalations.

Both vaporizers and inhalers are based on heating technology and administration by inhalation. But this is where the resemblance stops.
1. Uniformity of treatment: The Inhaler’s technology, together with Bedrocan® inflorescence, enables treatment in a metered, precise and uniform dose with a predictable and consistent effect. When it comes to vaporizers, on the other hand, there are no measurement units, and at no point can the patients know what dose they inhaled. Therefore, varying and unpredictable effects may occur with each use.
2. Uniformity of cannabis: The cannabis in the SyqeAir Inhaler is grown in sterile rooms under strict and controlled conditions (EU GMP), and therefore, the composition of the ingredients in each inhalation is adherent from batch to batch. The cannabis consumed using vaporizers, on the other hand, is often not uniform, the patients sometimes purchase different “brands” and switch between strains.
3. Effectiveness and safety of treatment: Treatment using the SyqeAir Inhaler allows for a consistent effect with the minimal dose of THC possible. The Inhaler’s effectiveness and safety have been proven in clinical trials and real-world data. Bedrocan® inflorescence is used by many researchers around the world in a variety of studies.

Uniform effect: The SyqeAir Inhaler enables adherent cannabis use, in a precise and uniform dosage that is personally tailored to the patient and delivers a consistent effect that allows patients to establish a functioning daily routine and an optimal quality of life, despite their condition. Vaporizers are unable to meet the conditions of uniformity of inflorescence and precision of dosage – therefore, it is expected that the patient receives a variable effect with each inhalation.

When we talk about a metered dose, we refer to two characteristics: a uniform amount of THC (in microgram) per inhalation and a uniform concentration of the THC absorbed in the body. These claims have been tested and proven in a clinical study conducted at Rambam Health Care Campus. Treatment using oil extracts does not allow for uniform absorption in the body each time the oil is consumed.

The absorption of THC depends on the metabolism and metabolism in the liver; Two processes that the body performs that are not uniform.
