Nofar Adadi, our Research Lab Engineer, introduces Danny Dolgopyat, our R&D Director:
“Meet Danny, one of the most influential pillars of Syqe’s R&D department and the calmest, most patient guy I know. But I’m kinda biased – I was a member of one of Danny’s teams when I arrived at Syqe 😊.

Danny joined Syqe 6 years ago. Today he is a senior manager in our R&D department. Over the years, Danny has had an entangled and diverse journey at Syqe – He created the V&V team from scratch, partnered in complex and groundbreaking development processes, and led multidisciplinary projects and teams. Lately, Danny has accepted upon himself a new challenge to lead the fields of integration, system, algorithms, failure analysis, and data at Syqe.

As you probably understand from all that intro, Danny has exceptional management skills. In fact, he is a dead-serious guy… But serious in the best sense of the word! He is thorough and meticulous to the highest degree, both at work and in his personal life. His Excellency creates an Excel sheet for practically everything – whether for a trip abroad or a professional venture, taking care of every little detail – to guarantee 100% success. And if you’re looking to buy the perfect headphones (or anything else for that matter), you can count on Danny to provide you with the best, most quality recommendation as he’ll conduct in-depth research beforehand.

Danny is always attentive to other people’s needs and eager to help with whatever he can, which makes him an appreciated employee and manager in the eyes of his department and the entire company, as well as a good friend. And even though he’s not short of friends here, Danny also founded the “Mechanical Engineering Graduates Parliament” in Syqe by bringing in 2 of his close friends from university – Artur, our brilliant Test Engineer, and Raz, our kickass Engineering Manager (sneak peek for next post). Danny is a whiskey enthusiast and would love to sit down with whoever’s down for a good bottle of Glenlivet. I’ll just avoid sitting in his seat in our meeting rooms because you’ll unleash the beast (and that’s a hard thing to do! 🤪)”
