Oren Ron, our Head of Legal, introduces Nofar Adadi, our Research Lab Engineer:

“Meet Nofar, our fair lady with the raven hair, a master’s degree in materials science, and one of our cannabis plant experts. Nofar began her journey at Syqe in the summer of 2018 as part of the V&V team, developing test and production line stations for integration, validation, and verification processes of our inhaler and performing data and research analysis.

Last year, Nofar received the opportunity to switch positions and deal with what she knows best – materials. She started working in our research lab and today she leads groundbreaking and innovative projects in the field of materials science, and more specifically, she studies the physical properties of the raw cannabis plant 🌿. And listen to this: Nofar’s M.Sc. dissertation dealt with cardiac tissue engineering and the crazy part is that in the process, Nofar created real cardiac muscle cells from stem cells! Talking about putting your heart into it!

Speaking of, at work and in her personal life, Nofar is one of the people with the biggest hearts I know. Always empathetic and caring, making sure every one of her friends gets a proper birthday celebration with some cake that is to die for. I have known Nofar for a long time as her husband is one of my best friends, and I just knew that I had to convince her to join Syqe so we could all benefit from her high professionalism as well as her pleasant, calm, and friendly demeanor.

BTW, if you ever need a recommendation for a good restaurant, in Israel or abroad, Nofar is your girl – she knows it all and will always be happy to share! She also has a remarkable taste in clothes – changing the white lab coat with the most beautiful and classy dresses 👗. And somehow, in the midst of all that, Nofar manages to stay an incredibly modest person.”
