Victor Glushankov, our Industrial Designer, introduces Dana Berca, our RA Manager:

“Meet Dana, our powerhouse lady with the adorable dimples! Dana joined Syqe 5 years ago as QA Engineer and even way back then, she sensed that she arrived at a place that is more a home than any other regular workplace.

Dana’s areas of responsibility were broad and she worked collaboratively with most of Syqe’s teams. We met when I was asked to provide her with training on our device and show her how to disassemble it. Dana’s journey was paved with challenges in the quality assurance field – she played a key role in making sure our inhaler is safe for treatment, complying with the most strict production conditions, and meeting all the highest quality standards required from a medical device.

Later on, Dana led Syqe’s design control and complaints effort as QA Manager and a few months ago, she made a switch to Regulatory Affairs and she is currently dealing with the regulations regarding the penetration of the SyqeAir Inhaler to more and more global markets.

Alongside kicking ass at Syqe, Dana is also kicking ass as one of the crew members of Adidas Runners TLV 🏃‍♀️👟 – scorching Tel Aviv (her hometown!) with a community of women runners, and she’ll soon become a running coach! You go, girl! 💪 To kick back and relax, Dana loves practicing yoga and goes on retreats to disconnect and recharge, enjoys a good wine and fine food.”
