You’re about to fall in love… On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, we’ve produced two heartwarming testimonial movies about true love, starring two of our patients and their spouses. Stories of love, companionship, and partnership in the shadow of chronic pain.
The damage scope for patients suffering from chronic pain is vast. The first victims of these ripples are their spouses. No one talks of those taking care of the patients: those spouses who fell in love with this one person, and found themselves married to another. Changing plans, carrying most of the burden, building a new life, and also managing to find moments of joy – around their loved one’s illness.
